WORKING TOGETHER

I provide the specialized partnership required to lead through change. By combining an ICF-certified coaching framework with the operational rigor of a corporate career, I help high-performing women navigate hurdles and reach their next levels of growth.

Coaching with me is not a passive experience; it is a future-facing strategic intervention. While traditional support focuses on "coping," our work focuses on navigating forward. Together, we bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

The Methodology

Our engagement is centered on high-impact tools designed for clarity and speed:

  • High-Level Dialogue to pressure-test your decisions and strategy.

  • Deep-Dive Assessments to uncover hidden drivers and potential blind spots.

  • Candid Feedback on the landscape of your professional and personal life.

By clearing the cognitive clutter and introducing structure to the "messy middle," we don't just set goals, we actualize them.

COMMON THEMES

While every leader’s trajectory is unique, the challenges of high performance often fall into four typical landscapes:

Internal Glass Ceiling

Even accomplished leaders fall into seasons of doubt. Whether navigating disillusionment, hesitation, or "imposter" syndrome - executive coaching dismantles the self-imposed barriers that often cause high-performers to stall.

The Female Experience

Women face the same pressures as their male counterparts, but often with added layers of systemic bias and reductive assumptions. Our work focuses on navigating those challenges with strategic solutions, improved communication, and confident assertion.

Value of Fortification

Corporate environments can sometimes be sources of strain and stress. Coaching teaches executives to build an internal resilience and solidify themselves against distractions.

Architecture of Motherhood

Parenthood presents a significant identity shift, which corporate worlds often overlook. The logistics of maternity leave and the challenges of returning to high-pressured corporate rhythms are both complex. I treat each of these transitional stages as distinct seasons that have to be navigated with care.

I spent my career navigating high-pressure leadership at various firms, including Procter & Gamble, American Express, and Uber.

Having operated at the highest levels of corporate strategy, I understand the exact moment traditional playbooks stop working. I’ve moved countries, started new careers, and had to build my network from the ground up more than once. The biggest catalyst of change, was when I became a mother. Raising two children and then returning to the pace of corporate pressures also gave me new perspectives, on priorities and how I defined success. That evolution clarified a lot of the internal resources I needed to cultivate so that I could achieve my next set of goals.

I work with women who are smart, capable, and self-aware. Executive Coaching offers a partnership where empathy, insights, intuition, and accountability converge to help you meaningfully move forward.
